What this website does not do

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking, analytics or advertising tools. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Hosting and server logs

This website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, USA). When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technically necessary access data such as IP address, time, requested address and user agent. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Fonts

All fonts are delivered from this website’s own server. No connection to Google Fonts or any other third-party font service is made.

For the newsletter we process your email address and the language of the newsletter. Sign-up uses double opt-in: after submitting the form you receive a confirmation email, and you are only added to the list once you confirm. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

The newsletter is sent with EmailOctopus, operated by Three Hearts Digital Ltd, 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom, as processor. Subscriber data is stored on servers in Ireland, within the European Economic Area.

The sign-up form is loaded from newsletter.cleebration.com (also delivered by Cloudflare) and sends your details directly to EmailOctopus. We also store through which website you signed up. The newsletter list is shared with the other projects of cleebration (Chris H. Leeb).

You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or by email.

The “Submit your idea” button leads to 42angelitos.com. Data you enter there is processed by its operator under its own privacy notice.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please write to info@cleebration.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at).
